When Shoko finally transfers schools, all of Ishida’s friends and teachers blame him for bullying her into transferring. ![]() Shoya Ishida, a former delinquent, uses his friends to bully the deaf girl, Shoko Nishimiya. Teens respond to the new kid in different ways, some of which are negative and some of which are more neutral. The movie follows the emotional, social, and spiritual attributes that emerge in an elementary school group of young people who have a hearing-impaired girl join them, especially as to how those attributes relate to the hearing-impaired girl. ![]() ![]() As we mentioned before, “A Silent Voice” belongs to the genre of a teen psychological drama movie.
